These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the knx8 platform and all services provided under it. When you create an account, log in, or use any of our services on our website, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Creating an Account

When registering on knx8, you must provide your correct name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Providing false information will result in account termination and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security, knx8 may request identity verification at any time. This may include:

• A copy of a government-issued ID (National ID card, passport)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

knx8 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or account privileges if the required documents are not submitted.

3.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. You must notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Sharing or transferring your account is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on knx8 is ৳300 (three hundred taka). We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks)

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Funds will only be returned via the same method used for the original deposit.

knx8 reserves the right to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.

4.3 Fraud Prevention

If any suspicious financial activity is detected, or in the case of a chargeback or payment dispute, knx8 reserves the right to freeze funds while the account is under investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times, based on the bonus amount only. For example, if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳24,000 (৳1,200 × 20) before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus has its own validity period and wagering requirements, which are stated alongside the offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If bonus conditions are not met, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
• knx8 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If any fraudulent activity aimed at obtaining bonuses is detected, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

knx8 uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play. All game outcomes are completely unbiased and verifiable.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and subject to penalties:

• Playing through software bots or automated tools
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the game system
• Sharing accounts or funds with other players
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the Platform

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game result is deemed invalid due to a technical error, knx8 reserves the right to refund the bet amount. knx8 is not responsible for issues caused by power outages or internet connection failures.

7 VIP Program & Rewards

The knx8 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate increases as you move to higher tiers:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP benefits are non-transferable and can only be enjoyed by eligible account holders. knx8 reserves the right to modify or cancel the VIP program terms.

8 Responsible Gaming Obligations
